WORKSHOPS

Monochrome Meditation

A slow watercolour practice using a single color.

A guided exploration of stillness, observation, and gesture through limitation. Working with one tone allows attention to shift from “what to paint” to “how to see”.

For whom: beginners and anyone seeking a slower, meditative creative space.

All workshops are 3-hour immersive watercolour practices.

Beginner-friendly.
All materials are included.

A person painting color swatches on paper with watercolors. The swatches are shades of green, and the person is using a fine brush. There are watercolor supplies and paper with color samples on the table.

Trusting Water

A practice of letting go through watercolor flow.

This workshop explores control and surrender, where water becomes an active collaborator rather than a tool. We observe movement, diffusion, and unexpected forms.

For whom: those who tend to over-control or feel blocked in creative processes.

Visual Diary Practice

A mindful approach to everyday image-making.

Participants create a personal visual journal through simple, intuitive exercises. Focus is not on perfection, but on presence and continuity.

For whom: anyone wanting a creative daily practice or a way to slow down perception.

Multiple colorful abstract art pieces scattered on a wooden surface, each consisting of small geometric shapes and patterns in various colors including blue, green, purple, pink, yellow, and orange.

Finding Your Palette

An exploration of color, intuition, and perception.

Through guided exercises, we investigate personal color relationships and emotional responses to tone and contrast.

For whom: those who want to reconnect with color in a more intuitive and less technical way.
