Begin your Mindful Watercolour practice

A creative practice where watercolour becomes a way to slow down, observe and reconnect through colour and gesture.

A person is using a black marker to add details to a gold-painted heart on a white piece of paper. On the wooden table, there is a glass of water, small tubes of paint, and a palette with mixed paint colors.

Each experience is an invitation

to shift your attention from judgement to listening,

from thought to creative action.

Mindful Watercolour is not a single class,

but a gradual creative practice that can unfold over time.

Some people begin with a short thematic workshop.
Others join one of the longer courses — from beginner explorations to deeper studies — where they can immerse themselves in watercolour over several sessions.

Some enter a regular studio practice and gradually develop their own visual language through continuity, observation and attention.

Each experience offers a different way to explore Mindful Watercolour.

Sometimes the most precious gift is a moment of calm and inspiration.

Offer a course or workshop to someone you love, or organise a private experience for a small group.

A Safe Space to Grow

Every course and workshop is designed to create a welcoming environment where everyone can explore watercolour freely, develop confidence, and grow through their own creative journey.

There is no need to compare or follow a predefined path — each person is encouraged to discover their own way of seeing and creating.
